I am Taylor Funk, a sophomore secondary education major with an emphasis in History and Government at Pittsburg State University. I am especially interested in Colonial America, The American Civil War, Ancient History, World War 1&2, and the Renaissance. I would love the opportunity to teach any of these subjects.
Experience
During High School I was a teacher aide for Geometry and Algebra 1 students. I assisted them with any problems they had, and I also helped with other subjects as well. I earned a 24 ACT score and was in the top 15% of my graduating class. I am strong in English, Science, History, and Government at all levels.I have taken math through trigonometry, college biology, and geology. I am confident that I could help your high school student in anyway possible

Hobbies
I absolutely love every sport, and enjoy spending my time playing or watching sports. Football and Wrestling are particularly my favorite as they pushed me to do my absolute best during high school. I also love to read and keep up with things happening all over the world. I also love to watch movies of all genres. I am open to many things, and always love to discover new ideas and experiences.
